La Mode En Images is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinators to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will oversee the logistical aspects of projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and team efforts while liaising with clients, vendors, and internal departments to guarantee that every production meets the highest standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external vendors
- Oversee and track the progress of ongoing projects
- Assist in organizing events, fashion shows, dinners/parties, and exhibition
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
Profil recherché
- 2-5 years of experience in production coordination, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
