La Mode En Images is seeking organized and detail-oriented Event Production Coordinators to join our New York team. You will oversee the logistical aspects of high-profile events (fashion shows, exhibitions, popups, live events) ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and team efforts of our events while liaising with clients, vendors, and internal departments to guarantee that every production meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external vendors
- Oversee and track the progress of ongoing event projects, from concept to execution.
- Assist in organizing a wide range of events, including fashion shows, dinners, parties, exhibitions, and experiential activation.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
Required profile
- 2-5 years of experience in event production coordination, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
