Mission details
- Responsible for the Production aspects of the events, including onsite management during build-up and load-out to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine all production requirements for each project.
- Oversee all production & vendors to define and follow production requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Work with the actors of the Project team to resolve any issues related to production as needed.
- Attend client meetings, production meetings, site visits, and vendor shop visits as needed.
- Co-ordinate all actors of the production team (internal teams, freelancers, suppliers).
- Identify external ressources necessary for each project.
- Identify Suppliers to obtain the various quotes that fit the budget and high standards of the Agency.
Required profile
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Production Manager in the Event field.
- Expertise of Auto Cad. Ability to read and interpret production plans.
- Technical Production knowledge.
- Extensive experience in maintaining positive relationships with production vendors and knowledge of market pricing.
- Strong negotiation and reasoning skills.

- Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Familiar with both Mac/PC.
- Ability to work in a group environment or independently, with little supervision.
- Self-starter with a roll up your sleeves type and adaptable attitude.

- Willing to take initiative and resolve problems creatively and resourcefully.
- Ability to keep a professional demeanor in high-stress situations & maintain a proactive approach.
